Insurance - obtaining licenses for insurance, reinsurance and mediation activities, drafting and reviewing contractual conditions, training on insurance legislation and claims management.

We stand out in assisting Clients within the scope of labor law, namely monitoring hiring processes, depending on the specificities of the Law, but also in restructuring and collective negotiation processes. We are also qualified to handle disciplinary processes, and also provide training on the fundamental aspects of labor legislation to Clients, thus ensuring greater efficiency and rapport with human resources managers in companies.

We have invested in its growth in this sector, having ensured that the majority of lawyers who make up the team have become intellectual property agents, and are now qualified to receive and manage industrial property rights registration processes.

We have a strong component in the constitution, sale and acquisition of companies, due diligence processes, contracts and contractual conditions, in addition to being able to provide consultancy and opinions from a preventive perspective, always focused on solutions that offer the best efficiency and peace of mind to the Customer throughout the entire period. process.
